Bonair S.A.’s offer for the financial sector includes:

APS – Application Processing System - the complete credit scoring system

APS (Application Processing System) is a complete scoring system, which ensures credit application processing from the moment of the first conversation with a client through to the entry of an application into the system, the following stages of verification processing and scoring of the application and finally the making of a decision and signing of an agreement plus use of the financial means. The solution uses Bonair's ScorEngine but can also work with other engines.

CasePro –granting and monitoring credit process

CasePro is a complete credit risk- rating system. It ensures handling of credit applications, from the time of an interview with the client, through the entering of the application in the system, subsequent stages of: verification, processing and assessment of the application and the client, up to the taking of decision, signing of the contract and mobilising of funds.

The solution automates the setting of credit risk appraisal through cooperation with the scoring engine by Bonair (ScorEngine) or other suppliers. It also supports the process of preparing and taking of decisions depending on the granted authorisations and rules (e.g., a one- or multi-stage acceptance process for credits in excess of a given amount, automatic or manual selection of a decision-maker depending on the credit product, client segment, etc.).

Also, it is possible to automatically collect data:

  • from internal databases (transaction and accounting systems, database warehouses),
  • from external databases (e.g. Credit Information Bureau, InfoMonitor, PointInfo).

Flexibility of the solution makes it possible to handle various credit products both for private customers (scoring) and small and medium enterprises (rating).
Additionally system supports communication and data exchange between financial advisors (agents) and the Bank. The solution efficiently streamlines the checking of how advanced the credit process is, as well as communication between participants in the process. Users of the system have access to orderly data via a Web browser. Depending on whether it is a bank’s employee or a credit agent that is logged in, data is made available according to roles defined in the system, which ensures security of data protection.
The administrator of the system is in charge not only of the data model and the workflow, but also document templates (via standard tools of the Microsoft Office package), so that the users can automatically generate and print offers, requests, or contracts. Owing to that, the substantive administrator in the bank can single-handedly modify, or expand the existing repository of printed documents without programming.

Scoring Engine – automatic decision recommendation tools for strategy modeling

ScorEngine (the decision engine) enables definition of the point valuation algorithm, the decision making strategy as well as the generation of an automatic recommendation for the processed document (credit application). The solution provides application and behavioral rating functions equally for individual clients as for institutions for any defined products.

AVS - Assets valuation system for a depository, investment fund or pension fund

The aim of AVS is to support the activities of Investment Fund Companies, Comprehensive Pension Companies and banks acting as depositories in the area of book-keeping and evaluation of fund assets, the unit value of participation or investment certificate in accordance with the legal regulations in force as well as the regulations of The Polish Securities and Exchange Commission (KPWiG), The National Depository For Securities, Poland (KDPW), The Insurance And Pension Funds Supervisory Commission (KNUIFE), The Warsaw Stock Exchange (GPW) And the Central Table of Offers (CeTO).

System of Information Exchange with the Credit Information Agency SI-BIK

The System of Information Exchange with the Credit Information Agency SI-BIK is a comprehensive solution that automates a bank's interaction with BIK S.A. in the area of credit risk management. The solution consists of:

  • the SI-BIK*WSAD subsystem that supports the creation and verification of information batch content for BIK S.A.,
  • the SI-BIK*AK subsystem that supports automatic exchange of inquiries concerning the credit status of customers as well as credit reports between the bank system and the BIK S.A. system in the CPU-CPU standard.

SI-OKP System - A System for Handling Preferential Credits

The SI-OKP system (System for Handling Preferential Credits) is a solution for handling reports on preferential credits with subsidies from the Agency for Agriculture Restructuring and Modernization (Agencja Restrukturyzacji i Modernizacji Rolnictwa - ARiMR). The main features of the system are: central processing, consolidation, verification and export of reports and requests to the Agency. The solution enables handling of the management of subsidy limits and limits for lending, as well as work in a multi-task mode in any bank’s headquarters.

The Intranet module for handling preferential credits with ARiMR subsidies

The functionality of an intranet module for handling preferential credits enables, via a Web browser, implementation of selected functions of the SI-OKP system, including registration of credits, borrowers, changes to credits, generation of repayment schedules, viewing of reports, or viewing of files with errors from reports and requests for a given lending bank.

Processing of “Rodzina na Swoim” housing credits

The solution supports the process of granting and processing of preferential credits as part of the programme “Rodzina na Swoim” [“Family in a place of their own”] as per the Act of 8 September, 2006 on Financial Support for Families in Purchasing their Own Flat. The main functional areas of the system are: a register of credit contracts, generation of repayment schedules and output reports for BGK, import of replies from BGK, generation of requests for subsidies and verification thereof, settlement of accounts for the subsidies, and quarterly report for BGK.
At the stage of registration of borrower’s details, the application verifies the correctness of a number of details related e.g. to the area of the premises, the price per m² according to a given location, etc. When the information gets verified and approved, parameters for the generation of the repayment schedule can be specified on the basis of defined parameters (e.g. bank’s margin, interest rate, reference interest rate of BGK). In the event of a change in the bank’s interest rate, an automatic re-counting of credit repayment schedules can take place.
The system automates the processing of reports between the lending bank and Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego, owing to which it improves the monitoring of preferential credits.

Processing of “Rodzina na Swoim” housing credits and students loans

We have expanded the functionality of the SI-OKP preferential credit processing system to include the processing of new types of credits with subsidies of Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego: the housing credits “Rodzina na Swoim” and student loans. The solution includes the processing of credit applications and applications for subsidies, registration of subsidies, verification of details of the credit and requests for subsidies (according to the rules), generation of reports, and exchange of data with BGK. Our solution streamlines the process of handling preferential credits, centralizes the processing of those credits, improves the control of correctness of the implementation of the contract with BGK, and contributes to the minimization of the labour-intensiveness of dealing with programme’s beneficiaries.

In our offer targeted at the financial sector, the following are also found, among other things:
