Business process modelling

Bonair SA offers the service of process modelling as part of the statement of requirements for the newly ordered or existing IT solutions.

One advantage of such an approach is the fact that those requirements are presented by defining of process maps and diagrams from the client’s business. It is only on the diagrams thus prepared that IT support for individual functions is overlaid – both on the organizational side and that of existing and planned solutions and functions of the IT system. Owing to the approach being such, it is possible to optimize and plan both business processes and the manner of their being supported by IT technology.

Additionally, Bonair maps also the remaining business processes in order to obtain a complete and consistent business model of the client , which can also form grounds for obtaining relevant quality certificates.
