CasePro automates the support of applications for co-financing from European Union funds in the public sector

Our company, Bonair S.A., has developed a state-of-the-art communications portal for the public market for the submission of payment orders. Clients have received a complex solution for the payment handling process, beginning with the registering of requests, through the consecutive stages of verifying formal and material correctness, and approval confirmed with a qualified electronic signature. The final stage of the process is the automatic payment order to transfer the funds to the client’s financial system, and a return confirmation of the settlement.
It is possible to access the portal via the Internet, at any time and from anywhere.

Owing to the CasePro system, public administration has been provided with:
1. a flexible solution that can be used simultaneously by several hundred users,
2. the opportunity to support clients connecting to the EU fund payment systems at any time and from anywhere,
3. collective information on persons interested in subventions.

This solution provides our clients with complex support in the area of automating the servicing of applications, etc.
Owing to this, those persons interested in obtaining EU funds have easier access to information, reduced time necessary for the verification of data and the faster payment of funds.  
The CasePro system has allowed the public administration to support customers quicker than ever before, and to effectively pay EU funds.

Contrary to other solutions, our solution is adapted to setting business parameters to the client’s specific needs. Owing to this, the full implementation cycle of the dedicated system, including the business parameter setting phase, has taken just four months. Such approach allows for the implementation of a secure system managing millions of EU subventions online with limited cost budgets.
