CasePro: supports the process of loan granting to retail customers and SMES in the financial sector

CasePro responds to the needs of the financial sector, where the key to success lies in the fast and effective adaptation of the financial product offer to the changing needs of the market and clients, taking into account their specifics. The system designed by Bonair S.A. solves the problems of clients in the financial sector as regards the automation of loan granting processes. This solution minimises the time for handling documents between process users, ensures a uniform standard for information processing and support of cases across the entire organisation, and allows for full control over the borrower assessment, risk analysis and decision-making processes. The principles according to which the system functions are fully parameterised on the business level by an authorised person at the financial institution.  

Owing to the application of this solution, clients have achieved a significant growth in the effectiveness of the loan application flow process, which in turn has impacted on the reduction of their processing time and opportunity to achieve a competitive advantage on the financial services market.

The system designed by Bonair S.A. allows clients to:
1. Reduce the customer service time – increase in the volume of customers serviced, ensuring a quicker decision on loan award and building a positive image among customers, which allows for acquiring new customers,
2. Monitor decision flow at each stage – convenient access to tasks performed by particular employees and loan cases supported via a www browser,
3. Individually adapt the solution to current business requirements – the setting of parameters at the business level allows for the influencing of particular elements of the processes – from the range of data gathered, through business and steering rules, process steps and tasks executed, assessment models and processing algorithms to the appearance of the forms, reports and documents printed from the system. Parameter setting does not require programming and IT knowledge, and is performed using graphic tools and the Microsoft Office suite.
4. Have access to all information – all data, both operational and versioned areas of parameter setting, are available in one system repository.
 

This solution provides clients with the opportunity of group work and defining authorisation levels for users, etc.
Owing to the application of this solution, the servicing of a customer interested in a loan at a particular institution has been shortened by 20 to 50 percent.

Contrary to other solutions, our solution is flexible, easy to adapt to the changing business requirements without the need to carry out programming works thanks to the appropriate system architecture, the application of a parameter setting mechanism, and the availability of the user-friendly Business Modeller.

The implementation of a flexible system for supporting cases ensures cost reduction owing to work automation that allows for increasing the volume of cases processed with the same number of employees involved. The easiness and fast pace of the implementation of changes and new products ensures the possibility of updating the solution to the current needs and business requirements in short periods of time and with a low level of effort and costs. Works related to business parameter setting can be performed by the authorised business employees of a financial institution without the need to modify the software code or involving the solution provider.
