CasePro: workflow of cases and documents for companies

Our company, Bonair S.A., has developed a state-of-the-art solution designed for every type of business that wishes to improve the flow of processes within its company. CasePro allows for the electronic flow of documents and cases.

This solution automates tasks according to predefined business processes within the company. Workflow participants receive electronic notifications (e.g. e-mail) about events in the system. They are also informed of the tasks to be completed, which are grouped in the list of user tasks according to priorities, or delivery deadlines. Every employee can clearly see which stage his or her document is at. There is, therefore, no risk of a data flow jam, as the relevant work is transmitted to the persons indicated.

Company employees or partners have access to the ordered resources from anywhere with the use of a standard web browser.

An important advantage of this solution is the opportunity to track the flow history of a particular case with information on how much time an employee has devoted to the task, who it was assigned to, and at what time the entire process of document flow was completed. The system may also inform via e-mail of possible delays in task delivery.
Apart from the standard properties of electronic document flow, CasePro features an in-built forum functionality that allows for commenting on cases or sending messages related to the cases between users.

Owing to the CasePro system, companies gain:
1. a uniform platform for case/document flow using external systems, e.g. Microsoft Dynamics AX;
2. a flexible solution owing to the possibility of defining the process and data model using a graphic editor without any programming work on the part of the business user;
3. automatic management of workflow versions and scope of the data processed in the event of a modification to business requirements;
4. easy management of the system via remote user access (web browser).

This solution provides clients with complex support in the scope of automating the servicing of applications, etc.

Owing to this, those persons interested in quickly obtaining approval, documents, etc., have easier access to information, and reduced time necessary for data verification.  
The CasePro system has provided companies with tools allowing them to more effectively manage company process, as well as reducing the time necessary for the administrative part of their operation.
