In order to make full use of the potential of the currently offered Business Intelligence systems, a reasonable deployment process is necessary, starting from the business analysis, through the designing and implementation of a data warehouse, up to the selection of the right analytical tools as well as planning and budgeting systems. We carry out the deployments on the basis of technological processes, developed by Bonair’s team of engineers and analysts and tested in several dozen projects. The experience of our consultants determines the use of best practices at every stage of deployment. We manage projects according to the PMBoK or Prince2 methodology.
