Forms: support of obligatory reporting for companies

The Formularze module is designed for every type of company or institution. Together with the Formularze module, clients receive the possibility of automatically preparing tax returns on official templates or templates defined by the user as MS Excel or MS Word templates. Polish templates of tax returns (PIT, CIT, VAT) are provided together with the module and are updated in a cyclical manner. Therefore, the client receives a ready tool for creating obligatory reporting.

Owing to the automation of document preparation and printout, the labour consumption of periodical reporting is reduced. The time required for the preparation of the necessary documents is decreased to the time needed to generate the report from the system.

An additional advantage of the Formularze module is its attractive price and universal application – Formularze can be filled with any system data, which enables using the module both for the purpose of preparing obligatory prints, and ratio reporting. The user can generate his own reports on the basis of MS Word and MS Excel or use ready templates provided by the manufacturer.
Formularze is also a tool for the easy generation of ratio analyses displaying the company’s key economic categories, as well as financial statements, such as the balance sheet, profit and loss account, cash flow statement and other non-standard reports used in the company.
