System of Investment Funds Transfer Agent

The System of Investment Funds Transfer Agent maintains a register of fund participants and book-keeping related to the distribution of participation units plus also manages the network of unit distribution. The solution has been developed in accordance with the new act on investment funds (May 2004), the requirements of the act on income tax, the act on Individual Pension Funds (IKE) and Work Pension Programs (PPE) as well as the requirements of the Inspector General for the Protection of Personal Data (GIODO) and the Inspector General for Financial Information (GIIF).
 

AVS - Assets valuation system for a depository, investment fund or pension fund

AVS is a dedicated system for Investment Fund Companies, Comprehensive Pension Companies and banks acting as depositories. The aim of AVS is to provide support in the areas of book-keeping and evaluation of fund assets, the unit value of participation or investment certificate in accordance with the legal regulations in force as well as the regulations of the Polish Securities and Exchange Commission, the National Depository For Securities, Poland, The Insurance and Pension Funds Supervisory Commission, the Warsaw Stock Exchange and the Central Table of Offers (CeTO).

eFR System - reporting system for investment funds

eFR (easy Financial Reporting) System is a proprietary solution by Bonair which supports the creation of obligatory reports for investment funds as required by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority. The solution complies with provisions of the ordinance of the Minister of Finance of 8 October, 2004 on the detailed principles of accounting for investment funds.

CasePro - workflow process management [matters]

The CasePro system allows to effectively manage the circulation of documents (e.g. orders, invoices, questionnaires, complaints, vacation leave applications, etc.) and handle various kinds of cases (e.g. payment order, hiring of an employeeand granting of rights to him, communicating of an emergency alert, carrying out of a marketing campaign, etc.) in companies and institutions.

CasePro is a BPM (Business Process Management) solution which ensures a fast and fully controlled circulation of information and tasks between employees out sine and inside the organization.
On the one hand, participants in the process receive tasks from system, which result from from the organization’s procedures, job duties and the currently handled cases and documents. On the other hand, administrator of the system manages workflow via a graphic tool for the modelling and parameterisation of data model, processes, forms and printouts. All the changes in the system are carried out by the administrator without programming.
Organizations’ employees, partners, or clients receive access to custom information via a Web browser according to given access rights. Every participant in the process can clearly see what stage his document/case is at and monitor completed workflow document history. They also have direct access to the data base of all processed documents and cases.
It’s easy to monitor the efficiency of employees or detect bottlenecks. The system checks if a given task has been performed on time, it can send reminders through e-mails, increase priority, inform the superior or redirect the task to another user.
CasePro easily integrates with external systems or applications. The integration can be implemented e.g. via the XML standard and WebServices, or dedicated adapters, e.g. for Microsoft Dynamics AX. The solution can effectively enhance and functionally expand the existing solutions, e.g. it can handle the process of circulation of any invoice in the company, and at the final stage save it in the accounting system, or it can handle requests submitted by employees and automatically update data in the HR system, designate substitutes, etc.
