Most of today’s methodologies of deployment implementation assume implementation being divided into: process analysis, then building of the concept for system deployment, building of the system on the basis of the previously set concept, and initial launching of the system. The pre-implementation analysis is the first and necessary process during solutions’ implementation.
The analysis is carried out by experienced business analysts according to methodology developed by Bonair. The final product of the analysis is a document which allows to design a solution regardless of what technology is selected. In that process, description of areas covered by the analysis and business processes (which are to be reflected in the system) is developed, as well as precise identification of Client’s requirements, the result of which is preliminary concept of the solution. A properly conducted analysis guarantees correct deployment and achieving of the project’s objectives. Therefore, it is very important - from the point of view of both the client and the supplier – that the solution the client expects should be defined in precise terms from the very beginning.
