Project management

Bonair SA, as a result of the projects it implemented and the knowledge it gained, supported with many years of experience in the area of implementation of IT solutions, has adapted standards that are based on PMBOK and the PRINCE2 methodology for the running of IT projects.

We offer our support in the areas assigned to the role of a Project Manager in the following areas:

pre-design [pre-project] works,
project initiation and organization,
project implementation management,
project closure,
review of project results,
defining of design [project] works and analysis of the project environment.
