DeweloperPro is an IT solution which supports the operations of construction developers. The system has been developed and implemented at the request of one of the leading investors on the housing construction market.
DeweloperPro supports control over the investment process from the moment of analysis of the available land and purchase of the land plot through to organizational actions related to acquisition of the necessary permits and documentation and next the construction stage and sale of the property and finally to the usage and later maintenance of the premises.
The repository of joint sale offers is an essential element of the system, which facilitates the work of the sales force. The solution enables for example, selection and presentation of premises to clients, creation of reservation packages, and management of reservations, real estate prices and price changes plus preparation of material and documents for clients. The data warehouse that is part of the solution ensures a wide range of reports availability and the possibility to perform data analyses ad-hoc, which is often necessary in order to make strategic decisions on the competitive housing market.

The budgeting of: revenues, costs, investment projects and financial performance

The controlling solutions we offer allow to considerably shorten the budgeting process for revenues and costs, investments and financial performance through the use of budgeting forms that save data straight into the central data base, where sub-budgets are automatically consolidated. Additionally, owing to a mechanism for defining budget cycles and workflow procedures that is built in the system, the sub-budgets are completed within required time limits.

Financial analysis, multidimensional data analysis

Financial statements, as well as the related growth rate ratios or ratios connected with the vertical analysis of the statements, get automatically re-calculated based on the selected criteria as to the period, type of activity or organizational structure.
In addition, with individual departments in mind, we deliver multidimensional analytical databases which allow to build the required reports in an intuitive environment, without the knowledge of the database query language.

CasePro - workflow process management [matters]

The CasePro system allows to effectively manage the circulation of documents (e.g. orders, invoices, questionnaires, complaints, vacation leave applications, etc.) and handle various kinds of cases (e.g. payment order, hiring of an employeeand granting of rights to him, communicating of an emergency alert, carrying out of a marketing campaign, etc.) in companies and institutions.

CasePro is a BPM (Business Process Management) solution which ensures a fast and fully controlled circulation of information and tasks between employees out sine and inside the organization.
On the one hand, participants in the process receive tasks from system, which result from from the organization’s procedures, job duties and the currently handled cases and documents. On the other hand, administrator of the system manages workflow via a graphic tool for the modelling and parameterisation of data model, processes, forms and printouts. All the changes in the system are carried out by the administrator without programming.
Organizations’ employees, partners, or clients receive access to custom information via a Web browser according to given access rights. Every participant in the process can clearly see what stage his document/case is at and monitor completed workflow document history. They also have direct access to the data base of all processed documents and cases.
It’s easy to monitor the efficiency of employees or detect bottlenecks. The system checks if a given task has been performed on time, it can send reminders through e-mails, increase priority, inform the superior or redirect the task to another user.
CasePro easily integrates with external systems or applications. The integration can be implemented e.g. via the XML standard and WebServices, or dedicated adapters, e.g. for Microsoft Dynamics AX. The solution can effectively enhance and functionally expand the existing solutions, e.g. it can handle the process of circulation of any invoice in the company, and at the final stage save it in the accounting system, or it can handle requests submitted by employees and automatically update data in the HR system, designate substitutes, etc.
